Billing Cycles
For the Starter and Pro plans, you can choose between monthly or yearly billing.
Monthly Billing: - Pay each month automatically - Cancel anytime with no penalties - Full flexibility to change plans
Yearly Billing: - Pay once per year at a discounted rate - Starter: €190/year (save ~€38 vs monthly) - Pro: €490/year (save ~€98 vs monthly) - Cancel with access until end of billing period
Lifetime: - Single one-time payment of €499 - Never pay again for any reason - All current and future features included - No renewal needed ever
- Yearly billing is meaningfully cheaper than monthly (Pro saves about €98/year)
- Lifetime is best if you plan to use Invotify for more than 2 years
- You can switch from monthly to yearly anytime for savings
Managing Your Subscription
Manage all aspects of your subscription from the Billing section in Settings.
Current Plan View: - See your active plan name and icon - View next billing date or lifetime status - Check subscription status (Active, Cancelled, etc.) - See your current pricing
Stripe Customer Portal: Click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe portal where you can: - Update your credit or debit card - View past payment invoices - Download payment receipts for accounting - Cancel your subscription - Update your billing address - Switch between monthly and yearly billing
Upgrading: 1. Go to Settings → Billing 2. Click "Change Plan" to see available options 3. Select your desired plan 4. Complete Stripe Checkout 5. New features are available immediately after payment
Cancellation: - Cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal - Access continues until the end of your current billing period - Your data is retained for 30 days after expiration - Subscriptions are non-refundable per our Terms of Service, except where required by law

Can I try Invotify before paying?
Invotify requires a subscription to use. The Starter plan at €19/month gives you access to all core features so you can explore the platform fully.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) are accepted, along with additional payment methods Stripe offers at checkout depending on your country. Note that some bank-based methods take a few days to clear — your purchase activates once the payment is confirmed.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades.
What happens if I cancel?
You retain full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account access is limited. Your data is retained for 30 days.
Is the Lifetime plan really forever?
Yes! The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment of €499 that gives you permanent access to Invotify, including all future updates and features at no additional cost.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions and Lifetime purchases are non-refundable per our Terms of Service, except where a refund is required by law. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Can I get an invoice for my subscription?
Yes, Stripe automatically generates invoices for all payments. Access them through the "Manage Subscription" portal in Settings → Billing.
What happens to my data if I don't renew?
Your data is retained for 30 days after your subscription expires. During this time, you can renew to regain full access. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
