Appearance & Language
Invotify supports dark mode and multiple languages to make the platform comfortable and accessible for all users.
Dark Mode: Toggle between light and dark themes using the theme switcher in the top navigation bar. Invotify detects your system preference automatically on first visit. Your theme choice is saved and persists across sessions.
Light Mode - Clean white interface, ideal for bright environments Dark Mode - Dark background with reduced eye strain, perfect for nighttime use
Language Support: Invotify supports 21 languages across the entire platform — the dashboard, forms, error messages, generated PDFs, and transactional emails all translate.
Available languages: Arabic, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian.
Right-to-left layouts (such as Arabic) render correctly end-to-end — in the app, the PDF, and emails to clients. Switch languages from the globe icon in the top navigation; your preference is saved in your browser.
Per-customer languages: Set a preferred language on any customer and every document they receive — invoices, quotes, credit notes, payment reminders — is automatically rendered in that language. You keep writing in yours; clients read theirs.
Note: Content you type (line item descriptions, notes, messages) is never auto-translated. Only the surrounding labels and layout adapt to the locale.
Clean, bright interface for daytime use
Dark theme that reduces eye strain in low-light environments
Entire platform localized including PDFs and client emails, with RTL support
Automatically matches your operating system's theme preference
