Invoice software made for the self-employed

Get professional invoices out the door in minutes, automate recurring billing, and keep VAT records accurate — all on a plan that fits a solo income.

Everything you need, nothing you don't

Simple invoice builder, no learning curve

The 22-block builder is powerful but never forces complexity on you. Start with a template, drop in your logo, add a line item, and send. The client receives a PDF by email and a link to their personal portal.

Recurring schedules for regular clients

Set up a monthly or weekly billing schedule for regular clients and let Invotify handle it. Auto-send emails the invoice PDF on the due date. Five recurrence patterns and custom intervals cover any billing cycle.

EU VAT validation & tax presets

Validate EU VAT numbers against VIES and auto-fill client details. Save tax rate presets so new line items pre-fill correctly every time. The country-based default VAT (e.g. 21% for Latvia) applies automatically when no preset is set.

Client portal & online payment (Pro)

Every invoice gets a secure share link. Clients view, download, pay online (Pro: Stripe or PayPal), and can sign — no account required. Overdue reminders and late fees run automatically so you don't have to chase.

Self-employed invoicing questions

Q01

Is Invotify suitable for a one-person business?

Yes. The Starter plan (€19/mo) is built for single users — unlimited invoices and quotes, recurring schedules, the client portal, digital signatures, and multi-currency. There's no team seat requirement, and you won't pay for features you don't need.

Q02

How do I handle VAT as a self-employed person?

Set up a tax preset in Settings with your applicable VAT rate. New line items pre-fill with it automatically. If you work with EU business clients, enter their VAT number to validate it against VIES and auto-fill their company details. Dual tax per line covers GST/PST and other two-rate scenarios.

Q03

Can I get paid online without a Pro plan?

Online payment collection (Stripe/PayPal) is a Pro feature. On the Starter plan you can record manual payments (cash, bank transfer, check) and send the client a payment link from your own payment provider. Upgrade to Pro to accept card payments directly through the invoice.

Q04

What happens if a client doesn't pay on time?

Configure automatic overdue reminders in Settings — set the schedule and Invotify emails reminders on your behalf. You can also add late fees (percentage or fixed, with a grace period). Both are available on all plans.
